Affiliate Applications Tips

Affiliate Applications will show you any affiliates who apply organically to your program directly via your network. You have the ability to review pending applications in Pilot and accept relevant partners or decline those who aren’t a good fit for your program. This action will immediately reflect in your affiliate network.

To help make this process easier for you, Pilot has a 3 part ranking system for the top producing affiliates in our database - Pilot Preferred Partners, Producers and Rising affiliates, all indicated with a badge next to their name. Preferred Partners and Producers make up the top 1000 revenue generators over the last decade of campaign data, and Pilot Rising focuses on affiliates who have been scaling the ranks more recently. To see applicants that are not in one of these categories, deselect the filters at the top.

Users should enable Pilot’s auto-accept function to maximize their program’s potential and minimize their own involvement. By turning on auto-accept, Pilot’s technology will scrub any new applicants against our list of elite partners, immediately integrating eligible partners into your program. Any applicants who do not meet the criteria for auto-acceptance will remain in your Affiliate Applications for you to manually review. 

Please note that our auto-accept tool will not retroactively accept any badged affiliates, so when you first turn this feature on you will need to manually accept any preferred partners currently in your applications. Once enabled, any affiliates that apply to join your program and meet the auto-acceptance criteria will be automatically approved and pushed to your Live Affiliates in Partner Pairing not Affiliate Applications.
