Program Description

1. Login to your LinkConnector account

2. On the right side of the page, select “Account” then click on “Summary”

3. On the right side of the page by “Website Information”, click on “Edit”

4. In this pop-up menu, edit the section “Website Description”

5. Click on “Submit Changes” when completed

Keywords

1. On the right side of the page, select “Account” then click on “Summary”

2. On the right side of the page by “Website Information”, click on “Edit”

3. In this pop-up menu, edit the section “Keywords”

4. Click on “Submit Changes” when completed

Text links

*A good rule of thumb is to have a text link for each of the following (or more): your homepage, shop all, best sellers, and links to any coupons you’ve set up

1. After the login page, select “Campaigns” then click on “Link Manager”

2. Towards the middle of the page, click on “Add Links”

3. Scroll to the bottom of the page, under “Or Create A New Link”, click on “Text Link”

4. Fill in “Link Text”, “Linked URL”, and “Link Name” sections

5. Click on “Save” when complete

Coupon Links

*Note: Coupon links do not need to be actual “coupons” ; they can be evergreen offers like “Free shipping on orders over $50” or “10% off your first order”. You can even set up coupons links to highlight your best sellers!

1. After the login page, select “Promotions” then click on “Promo/Coupon Manager”

2. Towards the bottom left corner of the page, click on “Add New”

3. On this pop-up menu, fill in “Title” and “Description”

4. Check “CouponCode”, “Offer”, and “Deal”

5. Input “Coupon Code” if applicable

6. Fill in End Date if applicable

1. If evergreen, check the box “Never Expires”

7. Fill in “Standard Promotion Options” if applicable

8. Click on “Submit” when complete

Banners/Images

*Make sure banners include branding elements and a call to action. Keep in mind affiliates use these images as their promotional materials without modification so they must be effective ads in and of themselves, not requiring additional design elements or text by the affiliate.

Product Feed

*A product feed is a CSV file of your inventory that gets uploaded to your network so affiliates can have a live view of what’s in stock and what they can promote

1. After the login page, select “Campaigns” then click on “Product Feeds” => “Import”

2. On this page, navigate to the box on the right side of the page “Batch Mode”

1. Click on “Interactive”

2. Upload respective product file (usually a .csv file)

Adjusting Commission Rates

1. From the Affiliates dropdown menu select Adjust Commission.

2. From the list of affiliates, find the partner you want to adjust the commission rate for.

3. Click on Adjust in the Action column.

4. Change the Affiliate Commission from the popup menu.

5. Be sure to Submit Changes before closing or exiting the page!
